Gelato 10/23 brings Italian-inspired scoops to Cavite

Cafe 10/23 has officially launched Gelato 10/23, marking a major milestone for the fast-growing Cavite-based café brand as it expands its offerings through handcrafted, Italian-inspired gelato experiences.

Although Gelato 10/23 was first introduced in August 2025, the launch marks the brand’s official large-scale rollout, featuring an expanded selection of flavors, interactive concepts, and new experiential offerings designed to elevate the local dessert scene.

Guests can explore a diverse lineup of handcrafted gelato flavors, including:

  • Pistachio

  • Dark Chocolate

  • Ferrero

  • Hazelnut

  • Tiramisu

  • Cookies and Cream

  • Strawberry

  • Mango

  • Vanilla

  • Salted Caramel

  • Amarena Cheesecake

  • Blueberry Yogurt

Gelato 10/23 also introduces locally inspired creations such as Mais con Yelo and Turon, blending familiar Filipino flavors with traditional Italian gelato techniques.

All gelato offerings are produced in-house by the Gelato 10/23 team using fresh Italian ingredients, reflecting the brand’s commitment to quality, authenticity, and consistency in every scoop.

As part of its growing expansion, Gelato 10/23 will soon introduce event carts for private gatherings, celebrations, and off-site activations, allowing customers to enjoy the brand experience beyond the café setting.

Further strengthening its dedication to authentic craftsmanship, founder LA Cantimbuhan attended SIGEP World in Italy earlier in 2026.

Recognized as one of the world’s premier foodservice and gelato exhibitions, the event provided insights into both traditional and modern gelato-making techniques, inspiring new ideas now reflected in Gelato 10/23’s evolving offerings.

Drawing inspiration from global dessert trends observed during the expo, Gelato 10/23 also debuted a Gelato Toppings Bar, giving guests a more interactive and customizable dessert experience.

Café 10/23 is a proudly homegrown Cavite brand rooted in the City of Imus. Known for its comforting meals, handcrafted coffee and non-coffee beverages, in-house pastries, and premium gelato made fresh from its own bakehouse and kitchen, Café 10/23 continues to bring quality food and drinks closer to the local community.

Within just two and a half years, Café 10/23 expanded with a second branch in Vermosa featuring a “grab-and-go” concept, while two additional branches are set to open within the year in Kawit and General Trias.

Café 10/23 is located at Imus Blvd., Malagasang II-C, Imus Cavite. It's open every weekday, from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and on weekends from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
