As part of the campaign, Venchi hosted an exclusive Chocoviar tasting and pairing experience on October 13 at its Central Square boutique in Bonifacio Global City. The intimate gathering introduced invited guests to the collection's distinctive flavors, complemented by carefully selected pairings that brought out new dimensions of chocolate indulgence.

First conceived two decades ago, the collection is distinguished by its signature coating of 75% cocoa micropearls, which lend each chocolate its unmistakable crunch and rich cocoa character.

From smooth, creamy centers to the richness of roasted hazelnuts and the intensity of extra dark chocolate, the collection presents a sophisticated exploration of chocolate in its many forms.
Introducing a refreshing contrast to these beloved classics is Chocoviar Raspberry (Lampone). Bright and fruity, the new creation brings a lively dimension to the collection, appealing to those who appreciate the interplay of fruit and chocolate.
Also taking center stage is Chocoviar Nougatine, a delightful expression of contrasting textures and indulgent flavors. At its heart is a smooth Piedmont hazelnut and cocoa cream, enveloped in a crunchy Nougatine shell with caramelized almond crumble and finished with dark chocolate and Chocoviar's signature 75% cocoa pearls. The result is a harmonious balance of creamy richness, toasted nuttiness, and caramelized sweetness, bringing together Venchi's time-honored Italian craftsmanship and spirit of innovation.

For those who appreciate the richness of hazelnuts, Chocoviar Gianduia features Venchi's historic Gianduia Antica Ricetta filling with crunchy whole Piedmont hazelnuts, encased in a dark chocolate shell and finished with signature 75% cocoa micropearls. Meanwhile, Chocoviar Pistachio brings together pistachio and Piedmont hazelnut filling with whole crunchy pistachios, complemented by toffee crumbs and South American cocoa nibs for a delightful interplay of creamy and crisp textures.
Those drawn to more indulgent, dessert-inspired creations can discover Chocoviar Crème Brûlée, featuring a luscious salted caramel center that melts in the mouth, enveloped in dark chocolate and finished with 75% cocoa micropearls. Equally enticing is Chocoviar Stracciatella, featuring a smooth white chocolate filling with cream powder, vanilla beans, and roasted cocoa nibs, encased in milk chocolate and finished with signature milk Chocoviar pearls.
For a more intense chocolate experience, Chocoviar 75% offers a rich extra dark chocolate filling within a crisp dark chocolate shell, finished with 75% cocoa micropearls.
