Montblanc unveils its newest retail concept in Shangri-la Plaza
Luxury Maison Montblanc unveils a new boutique at Shangri-la Plaza, Manila with the latest NEO 4.0 concept. The new boutique transcends the traditional retail space, offering a refined, immersive experience, reflecting Montblanc’s roots in writing, while inviting guests to embark on their own journeys of creativity and self-expression.
The opening at Rustan’s Shangri-La unfolded as a vibrant celebration, where guests were welcomed with dynamic DJ sets, elevated food and refreshments, and an engaging signature analysis activity—an artful nod to Montblanc’s heritage in writing and self-expression. Attendees experienced the brand’s most iconic creations up close, from its renowned writing instruments and sophisticated timepieces to meticulously crafted leather goods. The event offered an intimate glimpse into Montblanc’s unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and timeless luxury.

Each detail of the boutique is carefully selected and pays homage to the Maison’s rich heritage and craftsmanship, fully immerse guests in the world of Montblanc.
To create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the boutique blends innovative materials like paper, travertine, brass, dark oak, and designs such as ink effect and mountain-inspired patterns, all deeply connected to the Maison’s connection with writing.
The silhouette of Montblanc’s iconic nib shape is seamlessly woven into the boutique’s furnishings and walls, a tribute to the Meisterstück, having celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2024.
Montblanc’s handcrafted leather goods, designed to accompany customers in their everyday journeys, take center stage with a minimalist and sophisticated display that stretches across half the boutique’s wall.
Much like a library serves as a sanctuary for imagination and storytelling, Montblanc’s writing instruments and timepieces are displayed within a library-inspired setting. The space encourages guests to explore the art of writing and immerse themselves in the Maison’s artistry.
The new Montblanc boutique is located at the Ground Level of Rustan’s Shangri-La and is open from 11AM daily. Montblanc is also available at Rustan’s Makati, Rustan’s Cebu, Greenbelt 5, and NuStar Cebu in the Philippines.
