LAGUNA, PHILIPPINES – Building on their longstanding partnership, CCEAP and Enchanted Kingdom have unveiled Tapon to Ipon collection bins as well as benches made from recycled plastic at three locations across the theme park: Victoria Park, Agila the EKsperience: Saribuhay, and Spaceport. The initiative is under Tapon to Ipon, the Coca-Cola system's nationwide collection program in the Philippines that helps accelerate the recovery and recycling of clear PET plastic bottles of any brand.

For over 14 years, Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines (CCEAP)—the bottling partner and official distributor of Coca-Cola products in the country—and Enchanted Kingdom have been creating memorable experiences for Filipino families and parkgoers. From the iconic Coca-Cola tunnel at the Space Shuttle ride to the refreshing Sip the Magic! Coke Floats, Christmas Caravan activations, and Coca-Cola refreshments made available throughout the park, Coca-Cola has been part of countless magical moments at Enchanted Kingdom.

"At Coca-Cola, we believe that creating a positive impact starts with working together towards a shared goal. Through our collection bins, guests can take simple everyday actions, such as properly segregating used PET bottles, and contribute to a collective objective of recovering and recycling more PET plastic bottles," said Atty. Marc Cruz Cox, Stakeholder Relations Director of Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines (CCEAP).

Tapon to Ipon collection bins and benches are installed at Victoria Park, Agila the EKsperience: Saribuhay, and Spaceport in Enchanted Kingdom.

The benches beside the bins are made of recycled plastic. Alongside the Tapon to Ipon collection bins and benches are signages that help raise awareness about the recyclability of clear PET plastic bottles and encourage recycling habits among park guests.

"We at Enchanted Kingdom are proud to celebrate another enchanting milestone in our enduring partnership with Coca-cola in creating more magical moments for our guests. The start of our Tapon to Ipon partnership is especially meaningful as it coincides with Fiesta ng Saribuhay, EK’s 31st anniversary celebration, which highlights our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Building on this collaboration, we look forward to more initiatives with Coca-Cola that inspire and empower Filipinos to care for the environment for a brighter future," said Mr. Cesar Mario Mamon, Chairman and President of Enchanted Kingdom.

Through accessible collection points, the partnership aims to encourage responsible practices among parkgoers and inspire simple actions that can make a difference.
