Some love stories never fade, and Noah and Allie’s romance is getting another chance to sweep audiences off their feet!
Theatre Group Asia (TGA) has officially announced the return of ‘The Notebook, The Musical’ for February 2027, following its successful international premiere in the Philippines in September 2026.
The beloved musical will return to the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Circuit Makati from February 4 to 21, 2027, for a limited engagement of 18 performances, giving theatergoers another opportunity to experience the emotional love story onstage.
Adding to the excitement, all six original leads are set to reprise their roles, bringing back the cast that first brought Noah and Allie’s story to life for Filipino audiences.
Celeste Legaspi returns as Older Allie, Morissette as Middle Allie, and Sheena Belarmino as Younger Allie. Joining them are Rody Vera as Older Noah, Laurence Mossman as Middle Noah, and Benedix Ramos as Younger Noah.
The musical is based on Nicholas Sparks’ bestselling 1996 novel and the beloved 2004 film starring Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams. It follows the decades-long romance of Noah Calhoun and Allie Hamilton, whose relationship is tested by time, distance, and life's unexpected turns.
The stage adaptation features an original score by singer-songwriter Ingrid Michaelson, with a book by Bekah Brunstetter. Through its music and storytelling, the production explores the different stages of love, memory, devotion, and the choices that shape a lifetime together.
