Philippine coconut products take center stage as festive and sustainable holiday gifts at the 2026 DTI-Bagong Pilipinas National Trade Fair 2nd Edition, featuring COCONUTPhilippines. The event will showcase a curated selection of food and non-food coconut products from across the country.
Organized by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), through its Bureau of Market Development, Promotions, and OTOP (BMDPO), in coordination with the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), the fair aims to connect micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and beneficiaries of the Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP) directly with urban consumers, retailers, and commercial distributors.
Following the first edition’s ₱129.69 million in sales and the COCONUTPhilippines Trade Fair’s (CTF) ₱309.58 million in sales, the second edition seeks to expand the domestic market, capitalize on holiday shopping demand, and strengthen export readiness while promoting locally made coconut products.
Ahead of the holiday shopping season, the fair will showcase the versatility and commercial potential of Filipino coconut goods. Visitors can explore a range of festive delicacies, coconut sugar products, natural cosmetics, kitchenware, lifestyle décor, and specially curated corporate gift packages.
Through direct selling, interactive product pavilions, live culinary and wine-mixing demonstrations, and structured business matching, participating enterprises will have opportunities to gather feedback and improve their packaging, pricing, and distribution strategies for larger retail markets.
The event will also feature special attractions, including the COCO Bar Café, daily themed activities, and educational business talks throughout the fair.
Consumers, corporate buyers, and industry representatives are invited to visit the 2026 National Trade Fair featuring COCONUTPhilippines from October 21 to 25, 2026, at Megatrade Halls 1–3, 5th Level, Mega B, SM Megamall.
Admission is free, giving visitors the opportunity to support Filipino “cocopreneurs” and purchase authentic, high-quality local products directly from their source.
