SM Megamall officially welcomed the Christmas season in grand fashion with the launch of “Mega Holidays 2026: The Royal Court of Christmas” on October 16, transforming the mall into a festive wonderland filled with music, lights, and holiday magic.

Inspired by the elegance and grandeur of a royal chessboard, this year's celebration featured a spectacular 45-foot Christmas tree, serving as the centerpiece of an enchanting holiday experience.

Adding a theatrical touch to the festivities was an original musical production by Repertory Philippines, brought to life with live orchestral accompaniment by the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra. The combination of music, storytelling, and dazzling visuals created a memorable Christmas spectacle for guests and mallgoers.

More than just a tree-lighting ceremony, the celebration marked the beginning of SM Supermalls' much-awaited holiday festivities across the country, bringing families and communities together to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year.

With its royal-inspired theme and larger-than-life Christmas display, SM Megamall once again sets the stage for a season filled with joy, wonder, and unforgettable holiday moments.
